Our return policy allows for a 14-day return window following item receipt.

For a return to be processed, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and original packaging included.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for package return. Un-authorised returns will not be processed..

Our handcrafted products utilise vibrant, high-quality designs. However, minor variations in design placement and seam alignment may occur due to the artisanal nature of the production process. These slight imperfections are inherent to the handmade aesthetic and do not compromise product functionality or visual appeal.


Color Variations

 Please be advised that perceived colors may exhibit minor discrepancies from digital representations due to variations in monitor calibrations and photographic lighting.


Return and Exchange Policy

Minor imperfections, including slight misalignments, minor seam irregularities, or subtle color variations, are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. These will not be grounds for return or exchange. However, products exhibiting significant functional defects should be reported within seven days of delivery.


Custom Designs

 We are committed to accuracy and quality in all custom-designed products; however, minor variations in alignment or placement may be inherent to the manufacturing process.


Artisan Craftsmanship

 Each of our products is handcrafted, resulting in unique characteristics. Minor variations and imperfections are inherent to this process and enhance the distinct nature of each piece.

Damages and issues

Damage and defect claims should be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. Contact us at once if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to facilitate prompt resolution. Certain items, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also excluded from returns. Contact us with any questions regarding specific return eligibility.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Phone cases are non-returnable. As our phone cases are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size, design selection, or changes of mind. Please verify your size requirements before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Phone cases are non-returnable, as are sale items or those purchased as part of a BOGO offer. Return Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days; however, please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company.
